Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Admin Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent Admin coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You should be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Candidate need to follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Need to support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Must be greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office and monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts.
Need to perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system and deal with customer complaints or issues.
Must monitor office supplies inventory and place orders and need to assist in vendor relationship management.

Desired Candidate

Proven experience as Admin coordinator or in a similar role.
Candidate must have experience in customer service will be a plus.
Candidate must have knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures and outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software.
Working knowledge of office equipment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and reliable with patience and professionalism.
Candidate must resolve administrative problems by analysing information; identifying and communication solutions.
Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.
Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating developments to management.
Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
