Job Description

Drive the success through analysis and documentation of data elements indicating end-user experience and behaviors.
Provide reporting that will drive additional adoption services with our current customers using physician-facing technologies.
Complete reporting in the steps outlined by the adoption analyst meeting necessary deadlines for report turnaround.
Construct adoption packages using instructions utilizing the advanced excel functionality and other report writing techniques to generate the data needed by the Adoption teams.
Provide weekly and monthly reports independently; deliver to specified users by the deadline each week or month.
Understand EHR/EMR technologies in order to provide report recommendations that align with the best practices of the company and recommend items that generate more system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
•Act as an internal liaison, serving the Physician Adoption analyst with critical data to be developed into predefined Adoption Packages for a suite.
•Collect, analyze, and display results in a way that will positively impact the Physician Adoption team and their effort to gain advanced adoption services contracts with current customers. 
•Direct interaction with internal departments including, but not limited to, Adoption and Implementations.
•Assist the Adoption Analyst with development and maintenance of internal reporting for support of Adoption Packages and Progress Reports, as well as any reporting packages yet to be developed.
Run necessary report queries as needed in order to create the Adoption Packages.

Desired Candidate

Required Skills:
•Excellent analytic skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and advanced excel functions specific to report writing
•Excellent data analysis ability and ability to present data in terms of audience intended.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Basic
•Familiarity with communication and detailed documentation, especially working with those who are in a virtual work environment.
•Ability to work independently to meet deadline and quotas, and manage complex tasks, with quick turnaround times.
•Ability to present findings in a clear concise manner, using graphs and data tables where appropriate.
•Understanding of the Transcription workflow.
•Experience with the technologies including Fluency Direct and Fluency for Imaging.

Experience with Analytics and Edge would be a plus.

Revenue Recognition:          
Complete reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly basis that is directly tied to advanced adoption services contracts to meet the yearly revenue goals.

Financial & KPI Management:
•Meet company objectives as they relate to revenue gains.
•Meet Team KPI’s as they relate to reporting package completeness.

Special Projects :
•Special projects as assigned by Adoption Analyst, Manager of Training and Adoption, or Vice President of Implementations and Adoption as needed.
