Job Description

 ·         Responsible to Achieve Monthly and yearly Target

·         To Handle Operation of  Existing Brand Outlets / Franchisees stores (FOFO) a, maintain and improve sales of the store

·         To plan new Franchisee store in the state and meet yearly targets of new store  stores

·         Visiting on daily base the existing stores and new markets for new stores

·         Maintain and improve Profitability of all FOFO stores

·         Hiring and training the store sales team for sales and EBO Operation, VM etc.

·         Coordinate with the Franchise and maintain good relation with them.

·         Coordination with all back end departments  for stock, supply, account, Visual Merchandising, Promotion, marketing, Customer Loyalty etc. department 

·         Daily, weekly and monthly reports to Head of the department.

·         Maintain stock balance & ensure high performance with sell-thru across all stores.

·         Study Non- EOSS stock performance and accordingly formulate effective EOSS Plan.

·         Prepare LFS Weekly sales performance & stock in hand report to analyze & to avoid situations of stock out/over stock.

·         Managing the overall profitability of operations with strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives and operating standards.

·         Coordinate the in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products.

·         Planning and execution for adequate Stock valuation and Inventory management.

·         Recruitment and training of staffs.

·         Reshuffling of staffs on a regular and planned basis to improve effectiveness of staffs as well as improvement in sales.

·         Monitoring the sales performance of all the staffs and motivating them for achieving set targets.

·         Making regular visits at the stores, taking control of situations and getting updates from the staff.

·         Handling End of Season Sale (EOSS)

·         Handling customer complaints ensuring their satisfaction with the product and brand.

·         Ensuring merchandise is stacked properly and taking care of VM.

·         Planning and execution for adequate Stock valuation and Inventory management.

·         Maintaining inventory and On time- in full status of stocks at stores.

·         Coordinating with stores for promotional activities for new releases & special products.

·         Increasing business opportunities through new vendor tie ups.

·         Analysis of sales on WTD, MTD & YTD basis.

·         Preparing reports to provide feedback to key decision-makers.
