Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible of handling all the financial activities and handling the Department solely.
Ø Timely preparation & presentation of Statutory Books of Accounts & Financial Statements.
Ø Ensuring Compliance to Regulatory Accounting Standards (IGAAP).
Ø Ensuring timely deduction & filing of Returns such as TDS, Sales Tax, Excise, Service Tax & Income Tax as per the relevant Acts.
Ø Interfacing with Tax Auditors & Regulatory Authorities for Assessments & Remittances. Handling the Tax Returns and regulations.
Ø Preparing Funds Flow & Cash Flow Statements.
Ø Maintenance of General & Subsidiary Ledgers, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Distribution, Depreciation, Operating Expenses & Insurance Records.
Ø Maintaining the Fixed Assets Records.
Ø Ensuring the Month End Closing Process as per Deadlines.
Ø Managing the Payments and coordination with Business Development Team.
Ø Maintaining the revenue report and data analysis.
Ø Prepare & keep the schedule / sub schedules for Financial & Statutory Audit for the entity.
Ø Maintain the Customer Master as per the Panel status report
Books of Accounts
Maintenance of Books of Accounts and Preparation of vouchers
Entering vouchers into Tally accounting package.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Suspense Account clearance.
Preparation of Monthly Salary sheets.
Financial Accounts
Preparation and finalization of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss A/C for the each year ending on March.
TDS
• Verification of all payments to vendors for the purposes of determination of correct application of rates and category for deduction of withholding taxes.
• Computation of monthly TDS on the basis of above.
• Monthly tax reconciliation of the TDS due and Deducted.
• Preparation and deposit of Monthly challans on or before the statutory due dates.
• Filing of quarterly E-TDS Returns.4.
Advance tax liability
Payroll
• Preparation of the monthly payroll based on the inputs received from organisation., The same would include all statutory and other relevant deductions as required.
• Ensure deductions of all relevant amounts and as per applicable statutory laws like Income Tax, provident Fund and Professional Tax etc.
• Checking Form 16 for the Employees and also file Qtly. returns for e-TDS with Income tax authorities.
• Deposit TDS & provide proof of deposit.
EPF, TDS calculation of Employees and monthly deduction sheet
GST
• Compiling and calculating the net GSTon output services after taking benefit of Cenvat Credits.
• Compiling the data of Cenvat Credits for GST
• Preparing & Filing of GST Returns.
• Advising on the issues relating to GST.
ROC Compliances
• Preparation of minutes books.
• Preparation of Fixed Assets Register.
• Filing of necessary resolution with ROC from time to time
• Compliance of other statutory requirements of Companies Act, 2013 as applicable to company. 8

The person should have sound knowledge of accounting as per Indian GAAPs & Indian Taxation structure (Direct & Indirect). He should also have understanding of the tasks undertaken & the execution process.
