Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager.
Business Development Manager Goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and need to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Business Development Manager needs to arrange business meetings with prospective clients and they must keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
They must Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people .
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Proven sales track record.
•Note : Business Development Manager  have to work from Trivandrum for the Middle East region.  
•Must have around 7 years of experience in Sales (specifically SAP), preferably with very good experience in Software product and Solution sales. 
•Excellent experience in new customer acquisition, account management & additional business mining, market development capability and very good communication skill. 
•Should have experience in handling the commercial negotiation and closing the deal independently. 
•Should be self-motivated and be able to handle the respective region independently. 
•Preferably people who have worked in tier two IT companies.

Desired Candidate

Must have Market knowledge.
Business Development manager must have ability to build rapport.
They must have time management and planning skills.
The ideal Business Development Manager will be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and he or she will enjoy setting benchmarks.
Should generate qualified opportunities through phone calls, emails, internet research etc.
Business Development Manager must execute call and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and manage the pipeline.
Work cross functionally with marketing and engineering teams to drive incremental revenue.
Comprehensive utilization of use of sales tools such as Linkedin, Hoovers and other tools to research opportunities.
Must Conduct market research, prospect for target companies and contacts and lead generation.
Strong analytics and probing skills and high attention to detail.
