Job Description

• The Client Services Manager position is primarily responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities for Travel Tripper’s customers in order to meet and exceed revenue goals. The job requires a combination of revenue management, account management, and tactical online marketing knowledge. You will serve as a point of contact for all the client’s needs from long term relationship building, customer-service, and championing the customer’s product enhancement requirements. • Needs to work for Australia Time Zone in Hyderabad. Responsibilities • Understand and internalize Travel Tripper’s products and services • Develop and maintain relationships with your portfolio of clients Ensure proper and timely implementation of products for new customer hotels • Provide clients training on Travel Tripper products Educate customers on Travel Tripper products and new feature releases • Analyze performance metrics in reports distributed to clients to develop and implement recommendations for promotions, packages, pricing. • Monitor, evaluate, and report on customer hotels, individually and collectively toward achieving weekly, monthly, annual targets • Develop, recommend, and implement strategic and tactical traffic generation campaigns for customer websites • Provide input to appropriate internal team(s) on customer requirements and product evolution. • Update and maintain customer information in CRM • Maintain high level of professionalism when interacting with clients • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed to provide client satisfaction and company growth
