Job Description

The Client Services Coordinator position is primarily responsible for coordinating activities related to Travel Tripper product implementations and customer service on clients’ accounts. This is an entry level position which requires hotel experience. He/She must also assist the Client Services team to serve as a point of contact for all the client’s needs from relationship building, customer support, maintaining client profiles in CRM, and championing the customer’s product enhancement requirements. Responsibilities • Understand and internalize Travel Tripper’s products and USPs • Assist in implementing, managing and monitoring online travel distribution systems to include GDS, channel managers, and CRS. • Diagnose and duplicate customer reported problems and manage the resolution of the problem – including ability to communicate with technical team to troubleshoot. • Develop, manage, and generate customized reports providing performance reports for clients • Manage the rate shopping tool to ensure that reports are sent to hotels at a timely manner. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients • Maintain high level of professionalism when interacting with clients • Ad hoc projects needed to provide client satisfaction and company growth
