Job Description

Customer Care Executive runs many of the processes related to the administration & front desk management at the clinic. Responsibilities: Interfaces with customers at the front end of the clinic. Meets customers for explaining services, takes calls and appointments. Handles billing at the front desk. Handles & reconciles sales cash & petty cash. Maintains clinic specific reports. Responsible for achieving share of the Sales revenue & Service Quality targets of clinic. Rostering of team schedules. Inventory & Stock management. Out calling to promote new schemes/ offers. Technical competencies: Pleasing Personality & Good communication skills. Service Orientation. Computer savvy – ability to use Excel & WORD. Ability to multi task.
