Job Description (what they have to do in your company)

 Responsible for achieving sales targets set for self and of dealers.

  1. Will be working for the development and growth of dealer performance.
  2. Performance tracking for dealers and develop underperforming dealers.
  3. Should be able to deliver strategic business planning, sales execution and ensuring stellar project delivery with dealers.
  4. This is a dealer-facing role and the resource would work with the other internal stakeholders such as business development teams, design team, as he drives partner growth.
  5. This is not a dealer manager role but rather a role to manage the dealer ecosystem.
  6. There will be other resources who manage specific dealers.
  7. Measurement of Dealer performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and drive
  8. Supervising, motivating, monitoring and recruitment and training of sales staff.
  9. Formulating and delivery of the annual sales plan on a month-by-month basis.
  10. Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
  11. Highly number oriented and responsible for collection and analysis of product-wise & territory-wise sales data. Circulation and maintaining MI systems for the company.
  12. Ensure Products and marketing Collaterals are properly displayed at the showroom.
  13. Assimilate information on various systems and procedures of the company and proper implementation of the same at the dealer point.

Desired profile of the candidate (Key skills and any other specifics)

 Candidate must have an exposure to handle large dealers.

  1. Must be a self starter with attention to details on various aspects for the Sales & Marketing activities.
  2. Willingness to travel to dealer locations.
