Job Description

More than eight years of previous successful sales experience in a business to business environment (ideally in IT outsourcing services, professional services or solutions / Product selling) . • Experience selling to small, mid- size and Fortune 1000 corporations. • Passion for delivering positive, measurable results. • Internally motivated with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations. • Must be a highly skilled hunter and/or farmer, highly motivated by a performance based compensation plan. • Willing to travel on short notice to onsite • Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with USA / UK based clients in order to leverage and set up effective account management. • Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C- Level executives. • Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical. • Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing. • Willing to travel onsite as an when required • Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business. • Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts. • Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements. • In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms. • Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality. • Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory. • • Must- Have Attributes: • • Must have existing client company relationships. • Must be a self- starter and be self- motivated. • High Energy and hungry for success. • Must have intangibles sales experience. • Prior account management experience in the IT outsourcing industry. • Experience in RFP writing. • Ability to articulate value propositions. • Experience with team selling approach
