Job Description

Guest Relationship Executive Must take charge of the Hotel (for own shift) when the Hotel Manager is not around (including Morning Stand-Ups) and need to  present at the Lobby for any sort of Guest query and assistance (including Check-In & Check-Out, when the Hotel Manager is unavailable).
Must handle all guest complaints including managing guests having problems and need to  escorts Guests to their respective assigned rooms + luggage.
Should take the initiative to create suitable (and relevant) Guest interactions.
Guest R elation Executive should take the initiative (including proactively where required) to take care of guest requests.
In the Morning shift takes care of Breakfast orders (Cooking)
Guest Relation Executive is  responsible for the Delivery (and clearance, later) of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner to the Guest rooms.
In the Night shift - checks for Linen Exchange and inventory of Linen (Records being maintained)and in the Night shift - takes round of the Hotel periphery; also, takes round of the guest floors for preventive security measures.
In the absence of GSA or at busy periods - is also responsible for bed making and regular, housekeeping cleaning and dusting (in the rooms and public areas).

Desired Candidate

Guest Relation Executive needs to check all the arrival ready rooms before guest arrival and should maintain the Inventory of the various stocks.
Guest Relation Executive Should order the stocks for future requirement considering occupancy and must meets every guest upon Check-in & Check-out (MUST).
Must give courtesy calls to guests (as per a defined objective driven structure/format).
Need to check and take care of Guest preferences and Special Days (Birthday, Anniversary)
Should check and take care of Equipment Maintenance for the Hotel (Weekly).Accountable for the P&L of the Hotel. Checks for Inventory and maintains proper Par stock.
They must check and take care of Expenses Incurred.
