Job Description

1. Business Partnering: • The incumbent would own the HR function for the respective business andpartner with Business/ Functional leaders to achieve the organization objectives. • Would be a single point of contact for all HR matters concerning in the Business unit. • Provide advice & support to heads of functions & senior team members on decisions pertaining to people matters and ensure high levels of ownership on talent engagement, retention & development agenda. • Quarterly review with the leadership team on findings from analysis done out of various processes and initiatives taken to gauge the pulse of the unit. Design, discuss, implement and monitor the plan of action on the above analysis. • Co-ordinate with Compensation, Recruitment and L&D teams to ensure the specific needs of the BU are addressed. • Conducting regular skip level meeting or employee roundtables to gather employee opinions and advising management on addressing employees concerns. • Provide monthly dashboard to BU head/ Management. 2. Talent Management: • Development & implementation of people strategy, capability building, organization design, talent acquisition, talent & performance management and change management to address the current & future business challenges & opportunities. • Leading all corporate initiatives to develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices surrounding people processes that represent innovative, best practices for the company. • Implement, administer corporate policies, programs and procedures and also train and coach line managers on Policies and processes • Conceptualizing & executing talent management framework - to help organization meet its business objective. • Conduct induction: ensuring smooth on boarding of employees and taking them through the business unit, Intranet & Facilities walk through etc • Manage and proactively address people management issues in the Employee cycle- after joining to separation processes. • Separation process:Conduct exitinterviews and analysis the reason of exit. And try to retain the talent. • Designs and recommend various C&B initiatives so as to attract and retain required range of manpower • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary corrections, comparisons. 3. Training: • Build a learning culture to help up skill the resources to take up newer and larger roles. • Designing and implementing training programs for succession planning and leadership development based on organizational roles. (OD) 4. Performance Management System: • Designing and implementing performance management system for two internal organizations engineering and non-engineering populous, which would change periodically based on the nature of business. • Work closely with Leadership team to train, plan, coordinate and facilitate the annual performance management, promotions, performance improvement for non-performers. 5. Employees Engagement: • Applying employee relations and engagement practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment • Handle employee grievance; designing and overseeing ESAT surveys • Leading special HR initiatives, especially employee engagement programs • Drive Fun @ Work for Employees • Implement the Rewards & Recognition schemes
