Job Description

Work Details & Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate the day to day office Activities. • Handling Phone Calls Efficiently at the Front Office. • Greet persons entering Organization. • Arranging Tea, Coffee, Lunch, Snacks for the team whenever necessary. • Maintaining Staff Record. • Maintaining attendance and Leave Records. • Coordinating with vendors to get the ID cards, tags holders & Business cards • Coordinating for employee engagement activities like birthday celebrations, Christmas celebrations, Team activities, Team outing, team Lunch, cultural activities etc. • Taking care of Admin related activities like office stationary, Stocks, domestic courier etc. • Coordinating with Services providers (Airtel, YOU telecom etc) • Pays vendors in a timely manner (Tea-Coffee Payment, Flower payment, Housekeeping payment, Paper payment etc) • Scanning, printing, Xerox and Courier, Day to day office work. • Manage Housekeeping boy. • Employee`s and Office equipment’s safety. • Co-coordinating with Network team. • Following & chasing related to assigned task.

Key Skills

Skills required Good in communication, Internet, research on Google. Knowledge of MS office
