Job Description

Excellent communication skills and specialization in performance evaluation & recruitment is must. Working with approximately 70+ staff, the jobholder will be expected to provide guidance and support to all staff on the full range of HR activities including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, employee reward, learning and development and internal communications. Identify, design and implement strategic HR projects, as and when required. Provide support to managers in the recruitment of all staff. Participate in the selection of staff, as appropriate.
