Job Description

 Contacting prospective clients, assessing their requirements then selling them the company’s products and services that match their needs. Also responsible for  Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to foster repeat business.  Working as part of the sales team to develop both new and existing markets.  Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer addresses through associates.  Keeps track of attendance of associates to ensure enough bandwidth of delivery team or sorting teams.  Engage closely with the delivery team including associates, developing and maintaining a highly motivated and performance driven team.  Creating & updating database of new Customers & vendors required for company’s business interest.  Devising rate contract and making negotiation to get the customer.  Supervising commercial evaluation of offers received and cost estimations.  Negotiating & finalizing terms & conditions for all vendor/customer contracts. Keeping Focused attention on market dynamics & Competitor strategies.
