1: Key Accounts Executive (Night Shift 7PM to 4AM)

Job Description

  • Candidate should possess a very good accent, preferably US accent.
  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers, through a relationship-based approach.
  • Offers products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Researches, sources and generates new leads.
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with potential customers.
  • Connects and stays in touch regularly with customers’ weekly/monthly.
  • Prepares proposals/quotations for current and potential customers and identify the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Maintains long term business relationships.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy, and efficiently managing time and emails.
  • Responsible for providing trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Hunter mentality, expertise in new business sales and the ability to knock down doors
  • Ability to have in-depth conversations about market intelligence

  • Ability to build strong relationships and leverage network to find and approach decision makers
  • Drive revenue by acquiring new strategic accounts in the various industries
  • Develop and remain current with product knowledge, market information, and relevant news
  • Understanding market data and how they can best serve each potential client
  • Utilize CRM data-base to organize key contacts and decision makers
  • Break down barriers via cold-calling, email marketing and networking to raise brand awareness
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Preference is given to candidates who are from events, conference, seminar, exhibition and tradeshow background.
  • Must exhibit excellent skills in the following areas: verbal/written communication, computer/data entry/software proficiency, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • University Degree OR equivalent program from a three-year college or technical school, or certificate program in business administration field, preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills, internet search, data entry, verbal skills and the ability to learn the department’s software system.
  • Ability to define problem, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must be a team player willing to accept and promote organizational goals and function with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and shows a sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment. Thrives in uncertain situations and demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Additional language is a plus.
  • Hunter, new logo acquisition experiences a must with proven ability to over-achieve quotas
  • Background in market data, financial data, market information, or data feeds is a plus
  • Proficiency using Customer Relationship Management tools is a plus.
