Job Description

Strategic Planning  Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships with our partners (Bus Operators)  Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall corporate goals  Takes lead in implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices across the organisation Operational Efficiencies  Regular interaction with bus operators and working with them to increase occupancy, improve service standards to customers.  Training the bus operator to utilize the product offering available from redBus  Explore marketing options through tie ups with bus operators to increase online awareness through branding  Monitor the integration of new bus operators / Live Integrations etc done by the team  Implementation, feedback and co-ordination on various promotional programs and requirements launched by product team  Regular field visits with the team and meeting all our partners to understand any issues or concerns intimated by them.  Impart periodic skills enhancement trainings to Executive Inventory  Assist in implementation of Promotions and below the line activities in conjunction with the National Head for new acquisition of customers across segments.  Resolving all customer complaints within the stipulated TAT  Working closely with the sales team to drive best commission offerings on the B2B channel through various campaigns  Drive “Track My Bus” feature to all bus operators in the region  Work towards establishing price parity across online and offline channels / web site of bus operator  Maintaining standard commission structure across bus operators in the region in line with the company policy  Ensure availability of right and quality inventory on our platform Employee Performance & Management  Maximize retention and employee productivity  Create an empowering environment for employees in the team  Deploy initiatives to maintain a culture of performance across team members Continuous Improvement  Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness  Maintains awareness of new and emerging trends in Sales and the potential application of initiatives to maximize client satisfaction Internal Interactions:  Product Team  Technology team  Business Development Team  Corporate Services  Marketing Team  Human Resources Team External Interactions:  External Vendors  Bus Operators
