Experience         - 3 to 4 yrs

Salary bracket    - 25,000/- gross salary

 

       Job Description:

·         Calendar management

·         Typing, preparing and collating reports.

·         Managing databases

·         Travel management including international travel

·         Minutes preparation

·         Coordination for inter departmental activities

·         Handling escalation of issues

·         Report preparation for monthly meetings.

·         Client oriented arrangements such as ground transport booking, board room booking, visitor pass arrangement, lunch/dinner arrangement, Wi-Fi access etc.
