Job Description

• Work with the Ops/call centre & Training team and take responsibility for offering the customers the highest functional quality services. • Identify the knowledge gaps, process gaps & Language gaps and ensure documentation of the work flow process . • Calibration within team and with TLs • Prepare & Monitor reports and analyze trends to provide inputs for increasing productivity and excellence • Highlight corrective actions by doing data analysis to improve process efficiency. • Ability to do a Root Cause Analysis and action planning. • Work upon the action plans to improve data Quality scores and increasing customer delight levels • Identifying the training requirements of each Team Member and providing for the same in the appraisal sheets. • Knowledge of analytical tools, Quality concepts like ISO & Six sigma would be an added advantage. • Improving overall quality of service and increasing customer delight levels. • Achieving overall productivity and targets of the team. • Monitoring and maintaining quality of feedback to CCEs. • Initiate and Implement key initiatives for process improvement • Ability to train on product/process and some basic soft skills • Should be open for travel
