Specific Knowledge (MUST HAVE):

ü  Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Quality.

ü  Knowledge and certification on Industry standard Certifications like Six Sigma, ISO 9000, ISO 20000, COBIT etc

ü  Must have a strong knowledge ISO 20000 and ITIL

ü  Must have practical knowledge of infrastructure Quality concepts, methodologies and tools

ü  Development of ITIL Policies, Procedures, Responses & Resources.

ü  Knowledge on Continuous Improvement Methodologies like Six Sigma, etc

ü  Desirable Knowledge on project management

Responsibilities:

ü  Implement Quality Standards.

ü  Implementation of Metrics, QC tools, defect prevention activities, statistical process control.

ü  Continuously monitor & ensure higher levels of Customer Satisfaction.

ü  Monitor Voice of Customer , Service rating and drive improvements based on VOC feedback

ü  Ensure process compliance. Schedule & Conduct Internal process audits to ensure compliance to Quality Standards and Internal Audit assessments.

ü  Review performance of deliveries against agreed Service levels and drive improvements whenever required.

ü  Conduct internal audit and remediated audit findings

ü  Audit ticket compliance and drive improvements

ü  Tracking, Monitoring, Adherence and regular reporting of agreed KPI's to measure departmental health.

ü  Should be able to manage and act one or multiple ITSM Process owner
