Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our client competitive and innovative.
Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Sales Manager need to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and must design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Must have own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and need to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Should present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
And need to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Desired Candidate

Sales Manager needs to demonstrate and must have ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and must proven the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Must have excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
A sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting and will be responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. 
It is essential for a sales manager to be customer centric. Understand customer’s needs and expectations.
A sales Manager must be professional and must know how to change his sales pitch as per the client.
Must resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and need to prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
Must monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts and need to analyse sales statistics.
Sales Manager must determine discount rates or special pricing plans and must develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
