Job Description

Senior Inside Sales Representative:

Exp-8-10yrs

Job Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

·         Source new sales opportunities through lead generation activities including cold calling and follow-ups using telephonic, mail, social and digital channels, targeting the telecom marketplace including prospective customers/channel partners including OEMs, and influencers

·         Scrub and route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales managers/reps for field engagement, deal development and closure. Maintain and follow up on database of marketplace and contacts, and own the weekly Sales Report to the management

·         Support deal closures to achieve company sales quotas and targets, by timely and high quality proposals, bids and responses to RFP/RFI’s

·         Research markets, players, prospects, channels and intermediaries/influencers; identify key contacts in every potential entity that can be a route-to-market for TeleDNA, and generate interest in our offerings

·         Team with channel partners to build business plan and deal pipeline, and coordinate between field sales managers, partner reps, and clients to support deal closures

·         Own, update and maintain comprehensive repository of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and offer support for progressing deals, with effective demos and presentations

 

Requirement:

·         Proven inside sales experience with understanding of Telco market place, technology, various geographical regions and customer needs and requirements

·         Good team management skills and adept in prioritising work.

·         Ability to set daily customer connect goals and exceed them

·         Track record of managing inside sales goals, and achieving team sales goals

·         Strong phone presence and experience and comfort in cold calling in global/distant markets using phone, email and digital resources

·         Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·         Strong listening and presentation skills

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
