The purpose of this profile is to develop and implement a social media marketing plan (Paid and Organic). The Social media manager will be administering the company’s social media marketing strategy and advertising.

-          Manage Social Media Marketing Campaign (Ecommerce Preferred)

-          Create, curate and Manage content for All social channels

-          Optimize budget and ROI

                                                     Job Responsibilities:


•    Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement and ROI

•    Create, manage and optimize the campaign (paid + organic) for all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google + and Instagram

•    Plan content and delivery and use advance tools like Hootsuite and buffer to manage multiple social media channels

•    Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand

•    Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively

•    Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts, make key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms

•    Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions 

•    Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as per requirement. Compile reports for management showing result (ROI)

The person should have the ability work on various social media strategies and implement the same as per the Social Media branding/sales of the organization.



Ø  Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:


The individual should have the ability to analyse a problem & should have ability provide solution which is win-win for both the organization & the other party involve in the conflict.


Ø  Communication:


He/she can clearly & fluently communicate in English and Hindi.

The person should have clarity of thought & can explain situation in a way which is simple & can be understood by the others.


Ø  Team Work:


The person should be strong team player & has the ability to influence without authority.


Ø  Learning Agility:


He/she should be open & willing to learn, accept feedback & has the ability to work on the feedback for continuous improvement.



Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Demonstrates creativity and documented engagement in social media profiles
  • Proven experience in social media marketing (Ecommerce Preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Analytical, decision-making and management skills
  • Has good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Experience of working in Ecommerce sector (highly desirable)



Academic Background:


-       Any Graduate or post graduates

-       MBA in management or Marketing will be plus point.

-       Proficient in MS Office particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint



Work Experience:


3 – 5 Years of experience in managing social media channels and ROI based marketing campaigns (Ecommerce Experience Preferred)
