JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: STORE MANAGER / ASST. STORE MANAGER REPORTING TO: ZONAL HEAD REPORTEES: FA/CASHIER/VM/DM/SPO/OPS LOCATION: BANGALORE/HYDERBAD/CHENNAI KRA: • Store NSV • Store KPIs • Store Opex • Enhancing Customer experience • Maintaining MPM Standards • Operational Efficiency • Process & Statutory Compliance • Team Management • Store productivity Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Profit & Loss account • Net Margins / Markdowns • Cost Control • Shrinkage control • EBITA (Earnings before interest, taxes and amortization) • Increase in ticket size • Cashiering Effectiveness (Billing Errors) • Customer Satisfaction Qualifications: • Any graduate + MBA Exposure: 5 to 8 years in Retail industry Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop & execute 5 point agenda for EVERY STORE to drive revenue growth. (Action points, Resp and timelines framework for every point) • Store wise weekly targets and tracking of these 3 most critical Ops KPIs. Take actions (training, incentives, performance management etc) to ensure delivery - NOB and Ticket Size • Ensure all factors affecting shrinkage cost, manpower cost, electricity cost are managed within the budget. • Compliant Management, Magic Moments, Customer Interaction Training, FAQ Handling, Improving FA Sensitivity to handle customer • Adherence to MPM standards, DM Walk, FA Product Knowledge, In-Store Training, • Achieve excellence in retail experience through making sure audit parameter are well followed in stores, Store Walk, Cash Desk Management, Daksh, FA Evaluation, Performance Management • Ensure implementations and operations as per SOP. Major focus Warehouse, Fire Safety, Preventive Maintenance, Back office and other sensitive areas. Ensure complete statutory compliance [Licenses / Acts] • Engagement Events, Saturday Meeting, Developing pool for i-PEARL, ABCRE & In-Store Training Calendar Adherence, Exit Interview & Action Authority: • Achieve Store sales numbers • Net Margins / Markdowns • Cost Control • Shrinkage control • Increase in ticket size • Area Sales No • Cashiering Effectiveness (Billing Errors) • Customer Satisfaction • Customer connect initiatives • Adherence to product display / MPM standards • Negative Inventory (Data accuracy) • Adherence to SOPs • Compliances (Statutory / Commercial) • Maintain process for Damaged / Defective stocks • Employee Attrition • Adherence to HR processes in the store • SKIP Meeting • Performance Management • In Store Training
