Job Description

• Lead a team of 20+ agents in SIT team who provide effective and timely resolution to a range of customer inquiries/complaints and follow them up to final resolution. • Ensure that the team meets Productivity/Quality targets. • Create and maintain reports related to team performance and provide regular updates to management. • Resolve conflicts between vendors and customers by helping them arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for closing the issue at the earliest. • Deliver high class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Skills

Experience of 1-2 years as a floor lead/team lead in customer service or escalation management
