·         Effectively respond to end-user requests via email, phone, and ticketing system

·         Provide expert level support on Outlook, Skype for Business and WebEx

·         Act as liaison between teams for escalated issues

·         Monitor and manage incoming ticket queue

·         Provide monthly metrics on support cases

·         Document work instructions for 1st and 2nd level support areas

·         Provide end user documentation

·         Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation


Required Qualifications


·         Expert level knowledge on Outlook, Skype for Business and WebEx

·         Understanding of Exchange and Mail Routing issues

·         Demonstrated history of superior customer service

·         5+ years in an end user support position
