Job Description

Interact with Travel agents /Customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various issues
•Handling Inbound calls and Providing support to Travel agents/Customers pertaining to all booking related enquiries
•Outbound calls for Customer Survey/Feedbacks
•Issuance of Budget and GDS tickets and handling emails 
•Provide hands on support to agents on booking, cancellation, Reissuance and refund
•Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
•Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics
•Capturing and applying customer feedback.
•To be co-operative and provide support to fellow team members and  functions
Personal Requirements:
•Good communication skills
•Domain Knowledge (With minimum 1.5 to 2 years’ experience)
•Strong customer focus
•Good organizational skills
•Good computer and written skills
•Able to work as part of a team
•High level of personal presentation 
•Able to work under pressure  
•Strong Sales focus
•CRS Knowledge (Galileo/ Sabre)

  Education:
•Must be a graduate/UG or a diploma holder in Travel and tourism.

Language Competency:  English, Hindi and Other languages (Preferably to suit the domain requirement)
